EdTech
Learning platforms fail when they ignore how institutions actually enroll, teach and measure. Digital learning has to serve the learner and the institution, not only host files.
What problem exists?
Digital learning has to serve both the learner and the institution — course delivery, not just content hosting.
Enrollment, assessment and administrative workflow are the product as much as the lesson. A CMS with a quiz is not an institutional platform. Published case studies in this industry are still in progress; the practice is active.
What do I build?
Digital learning and institutional platforms. This is an active area of practice; published case studies are in progress.
Until those case studies are public, I will not invent outcomes. The architectural questions are still specific: who is the institution, who is the learner, and which records have to survive audit or accreditation.
Why domain knowledge matters
EdTech is not a CMS with a quiz. Institutional workflow is the product.
Domain knowledge means refusing a consumer-app template when the buyer is a school, a training organization or a regulated education process.
