CEOs and hiring executives do not need another résumé of languages. They need someone who can own the gap between a messy business constraint and a system a team can actually run. That is the work.
I run Friendsware Solutions as Founder & Chief Technology Officer, and I serve as Head of Technology, AI & Development at RiskCapCom. Clients are in the US, UK, UAE and Europe. The engagement is the same in each case: understand the problem, architect the solution, lead the delivery, stay accountable for the outcome.
I don't start with technology. I start with the problem.
Most weeks do not fit one label. A healthcare platform that has to survive HIPAA review. An AI workflow that has to save a logistics team hours, not produce another dashboard. A financial control that cannot be wrong. The common thread is not a stack — it is translating a business problem into an architecture, and that architecture into something maintainable after the original team has moved on.
I do not ship systems that only work in the demo. Security, compliance and operability are designed in. That is why a two-week architecture review and a year-long build are held to the same standard: will this still be true when it is expensive to be wrong?

Three principles I don't compromise on.
Understand the problem before choosing the technology.
Technology is not the strategy. The problem is the strategy. I help organizations turn complex business requirements into production-ready technology — after the constraint is clear.
Architecture should make the next stage easier, not harder.
A shortcut that creates tomorrow's rewrite is not a shortcut. A clean structure that costs a bit more time up front almost always costs less than the rebuild a shortcut forces two growth stages later.
Someone must own the whole system.
Distributed teams work when accountability is clear. The architect must understand the business, the system, the people and the outcome — not just one ticket.
I don't just build technology. I teach it.
University guest lecturer on AI, generative AI, NLP, data science, machine learning and emerging computing technologies — bringing current industry experience into the classroom, and helping students understand not only how these systems work, but where they create real-world value.
